How do I get an account?
Race Receipts is a private team tool. Ask your team owner to invite you; you'll choose your own password the first time you sign in.
I forgot my password.
Ask your team owner to remove and re-invite you with a new temporary password, or email us.
My account is locked.
After several wrong passwords, sign-in pauses for a few minutes. Wait and try again.
No session is showing live.
Live timing appears only while a session is running on a connected timing service. Open the Series tab to browse past sessions.
Why can't I see Tow Watch for an old session?
Tow Watch needs precise timing-point crossings that are only recorded live. Some archived sessions don't include them.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Account and tap "Delete my account", then confirm with your password. Team owners: email us from your account address and we'll delete your account and personal information within 30 days.
