These terms govern your use of the Race Receipts app and website (the "Service"), provided by Race Receipts LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Accounts
Accounts are created by a team owner. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity under your account. Team owners are responsible for the people they invite and may remove them at any time.
Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and for your team's own review of motorsport performance.
- Do not try to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Do not resell or republish data from the Service in bulk.
Timing data and analysis
Timing data comes from third-party timing providers and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Some features, such as Run Detection and Tow Watch, are estimates calculated from that data. The Service is for information and analysis only. It is not an official result and must not be relied on for safety, sporting or regulatory decisions. Race Receipts is not affiliated with or endorsed by any timing provider, series, circuit or governing body; their names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Availability
We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features.
Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Race Receipts LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on data in the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (if any).
Ending use
You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Apple
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
